We are currently looking for experienced HR Manager. This role will handle recruitment, employee relations, visas and work permits processing, and HR administration to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Employment Contracts Management
Handle the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.
Prepare, execute, and manage employment contracts in compliance with UAE Labor Law and company standards.
Monitor compliance with employment contract terms, including salary, working hours, leave, and social guarantees.
Compliance with UAE Labor and Immigration LegislationEnsure all HR processes (e.g., recruitment, termination, leave, sickness) comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Process and follow up on employment visas, work permits, and related documentation for foreign employees, adhering to UAE labor and immigration laws.
Keep up to date with changes in local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company’s HR policies and practices are adjusted accordingly.
Employee Records and HRIS ManagementMaintain accurate employee records and ensure timely and proper processing and storage of employee documents.
Oversee HRIS database management and ensure proper tracking of employee data, including documents confirming the right to work in the UAE.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee experience initiatives.
Leave, Benefits, and Payroll AdministrationMonitor and oversee leave policies (e.g., annual, sick leave) and ensure compliance with working hours, rest periods, overtime requirements, social benefits and compensation (e.g., illness or work-related injuries).
Oversee the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of hours worked, leave balances, and other payroll-related information to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Labor Dispute Resolution and Employee Relations
Provide consultation to employees on labor rights and obligations, and assist in resolving labor disputes or conflicts, including cooperation with government authorities when necessary.
Handle labor discipline issues, maintain records of violations, and work with supervisors to address conflict situations and reduce turnover.
Terminations and Employment Contract RescissionManage the formalities related to employee terminations, including compensation calculations, unused leave payments, and compliance with notice periods.
Ensure that all employee rights are upheld during the termination process.
Regulatory Reporting and DocumentationPrepare HR-related reports for government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department) and ensure proper document flow for registering employees and updating their status in government systems.
Develop and implement internal policies, forms and procedures.
Health, Safety, and Training ComplianceEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety standards set by UAE legislation, including organizing safety training for employees.
Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs, including certification and safety training.
Metrics:
Fill open position within an average of 30 days.
Maintain 100% compliance with UAE labor laws and free zone regulations.
Reduce employee turnover to below 10% annually.
Implement at least three HR initiatives that improve employee well-being and retention.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and free zone employment regulations.
Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
